Ermine’s proprietary SC1 Skate Clips securely fasten a pair of Ermine A Series skates together, making them easier to carry and store.
Clips are manufactured by Ermine in Alaska with environmentally-friendly PETG plastic. Dimaond-shaped blade channels prevent water from pooling against skate blades. An aluminum post securely attaches the high-quality Velcro straps to the clips. Each order includes two clips.
SC1 Skate Clips fit the unique 1.6mm blades on Ermine A Series Nordic skates. A Series skates include the A100, A110, Ak1, and Ak2. For L Series skates, please see the SC2 Skate Clips.
The SC1 is available in a variety of colors. Additional colors designated LTD (limited) are available in limited quantities while supplies last.

These clips are dead simple to use and make the skates easier to handle. The fit on the blades is snug, and the colors contrast nicely with my Ermine skates.

Full disclosure: I received a free pair for testing. The clips are awesome and I’ve gotten a handful of requests for them. Glad to see they’re finally available.

These are awesome for storing Nordic skates. The velcro straps are welded instead of sewn, which is a nice high-end detail, and they’re well-engineered compared with some of the DIY skate clips that folks have made. The aluminum bar is what sets these apart. Overall these clips feel substantial enough to handle getting knocked around in a car or backpack.
